When AI servers or file processing are busy, tasks wait in a queue — the tool page shows how many tasks are ahead of you. Higher plans go first:

Within a plan — first come, first served. With no queue, every task starts right away.

What are credits?

Credits are spent only on AI tools: background removal, transcription, voice-over, OCR. Converters and most utilities need no credits.

How many credits are free?

Without an account — 5 a day. On the free plan — 20 a day plus 50 a month.

What if a task fails?

Credits are returned automatically.

How do I cancel?

In your account, in 2 clicks. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
