The short version
- AI runs on our own models and servers; your data does not go to third-party AI companies and is not used for training.
- AI makes mistakes: check translations, transcripts, summaries and texts before you use them.
- Outputs are not legal, medical or financial advice.
- You own the output — and you are responsible for how you use it.
- Where the law or a platform requires it, label AI content as generated.
1. Scope
1.1. These terms are part of the Terms of Service and apply to AI tools: translation, summarisation, text recognition, background removal, audio transcription, text generation and rewriting, and other tools marked as AI.
2. How our AI tools work
- Models run on the Provider’s servers. Your files, texts and prompts are not sent to third-party AI providers.
- Your data is not used to train or fine-tune models.
- Inputs and outputs are deleted on the same schedule as other files: after 2 hours or with “Delete now”.
- The credit cost is shown before you run an operation; if it fails, the credits are returned automatically.
3. Accuracy and limitations
3.1. AI outputs are generated automatically based on probabilities and may contain errors, omissions, inaccurate translations, invented facts or references, and misrecognised names and numbers.
3.2. Quality depends on the input: size, scan clarity, audio quality, language and specialised terminology.
3.3. Check the result before using it — especially names, dates, amounts, document numbers, quotations and legal references.
4. Not professional advice
4.1. AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice and do not replace a qualified professional.
4.2. Do not make decisions that may affect people’s health, rights, money or safety based solely on an AI output.
5. Your responsibility
5.1. You decide whether and how to use an output and are responsible for doing so, including respecting the rights of others and the law.
5.2. Do not upload data to AI tools that you are not entitled to process (for example, other people’s personal data without a legal basis).
5.3. The Provider is not liable for the consequences of using AI outputs without checking them, but is liable for its own technical failures under the Terms and the Refund Policy.
6. Labelling AI content
6.1. Where the law, platform rules or the context of publication require disclosure of AI use (for example, generated images, texts for media, advertising, academic and educational work), you must label the content as generated or altered with AI.
6.2. We may add technical markers (metadata) indicating AI use to generated files. Do not remove them in order to mislead others.
7. Prohibited use
- Deepfakes and imitating a real person’s voice, face or style without their explicit consent.
- Disinformation, fake reviews, election manipulation, fraud.
- Content that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, including CSAM, incitement to violence and harassment.
- Attempts to bypass safety filters or extract models, their weights or training data.
- Presenting AI text as your own work where rules prohibit it (for example, academic integrity rules).
7.1. Our filters may automatically block requests to generate explicit, violent or illegal content.
8. Rights in outputs
8.1. Rights in your inputs remain with you or the respective right holders.
8.2. For non-original objects generated by AI tools at your request, the parties agree, in accordance with Article 33(2) of the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights”, that the sui generis right in such objects belongs to the User. The Provider claims no rights in outputs and does not use them.
8.3. Other users may obtain similar outputs from similar prompts; we do not guarantee that an output is unique.
8.4. If an output is based on other people’s works, you may use it subject to the rights of their right holders.
9. Feedback
9.1. If you notice a clearly harmful or dangerous output, email [email protected]. Your report helps us tune the filters; we do not keep file contents beyond the standard periods for this purpose unless you send them to us yourself.
