The short version
- Only process files you have the right to use.
- No illegal content; child sexual abuse material is blocked and reported to the authorities.
- Do not bypass DRM or remove passwords from other people’s documents.
- Do not create deepfakes or AI content intended to deceive.
- For automation, use the API with a key — not scripts against the website.
1. Why these rules exist
1.1. These rules are part of the Terms of Service. They protect other people, right holders and the Service itself. A violation is a material breach of the contract.
2. Illegal and harmful content
You must not upload, process or create:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any material sexualising minors — such cases are blocked and reported to the competent authorities;
- content inciting violence or terrorism, stirring up hatred, or otherwise prohibited by law;
- intimate images of a person without their consent;
- material for fraud, phishing, or forging documents or signatures.
3. Intellectual property
- Do not process works you have no right to use, unless covered by a statutory exception.
- Do not circumvent technological protection measures (DRM) or remove rights-management information.
- Removing a password or restrictions from a PDF is allowed only if you know the password or are entitled to the document.
- Do not remove watermarks from other people’s material to pass it off as your own.
4. Service security
- Do not upload malware or files crafted to attack processing software.
- Do not try to access other people’s files, accounts or servers, escape the isolated processing environment, or test vulnerabilities without our written consent.
- Do not overload the Service or bypass limits (multiple accounts, rotating IP addresses, spoofing identifiers).
- Found a vulnerability? Email [email protected] — we value responsible disclosure.
5. Automation
- Bulk or automated use of the Service is allowed only via the API or MCP with a key, within your plan’s limits.
- Scraping the website, using bots on the interface, reselling access or embedding the Service in your own product without an agreement with us is prohibited.
6. AI tools
- Do not create deepfakes or imitate a real person’s voice, face or writing style without their explicit consent.
- Do not use AI results to mislead (fake news, fake reviews, presenting AI text as an expert opinion).
- Do not try to bypass model safety filters.
See the AI Terms of Use for details.
7. How to report a violation
7.1. Send reports to [email protected]. To help us act quickly, include: your contact details; a description of the violation; a link or other data to locate the material; for copyright — which work is infringed and your authority as the right holder or their representative; a statement that the report is made in good faith.
7.2. Note that files on the Service are deleted automatically after 2 hours and are not accessible to others; reports usually concern the use of results outside the Service or API abuse.
8. Consequences
8.1. Depending on severity we may: reject or delete a file; issue a warning; temporarily restrict operations, an API key or the account; terminate the contract (clause 17.3 of the Terms).
8.2. Where required by law, we pass information to law enforcement authorities.
9. Appeals
9.1. If you believe a restriction is a mistake, email [email protected] with an explanation. We will review the decision within 14 days and tell you the outcome.
Write to us — we reply within 2 business days. [email protected]
